Assistant Fleet Manager Afternoon Shift

Drive operational excellence as Coach Canada's Assistant Fleet Manager on the afternoon shift in Mississauga, Ontario. Manage fleet maintenance activities while leading a skilled team to ensure vehicle reliability.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will collaborate daily with the day shift assistant to prioritize maintenance tasks and communicate fleet status. Your administrative and mechanical expertise will ensure compliance and operational efficiency within the workshop. Support mechanics, apprentices and coordinate training to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations with day shift assistant

• Supervise team of mechanics and apprentices

• Manage work orders and maintenance records

• Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies

• Assist with emergency calls and management support

Requirements:

• Valid 310T truck and coach technician license

• Experience in fleet maintenance supervision

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Familiarity with Fleet Focus and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
