This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities at Generations Toronto. As a Laundry Aide, you will perform laundry duties, operate machines, and maintain a secure space for residents. This position requires an understanding of good laundry practices, with previous experience preferred to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and separate items for laundering

• Operate washing machines, dryers, and irons

• Hand iron and fold garments post-laundering

• Conduct simple mending and repairs as needed

• Transport laundered items to designated areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a laundry operation recommended

• Understanding of basic laundry techniques

• Minimum public school education required

• Grade 12 Diploma preferred

• Ability to read and follow oral instructions
