This Cleaning Services Supervisor works for a cleaning service company, hotel, motel, or resort. The position requires secondary school graduation and one to less than two years of experience. You will coordinate workers, maintain standards, manage financial records, and support cleaners during duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and train cleaning staff or arrange required training
- Supervise and coordinate activities for five to ten workers
- Inspect facilities for safety and cleanliness standards
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and work schedules
- Maintain records and receive specialized cleaning payments
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- One to less than two years of experience
- English language ability
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, initiative, judgment, and reliability
