Cogir Senior Living manages independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences across the country. This Housekeeping Aide cleans resident apartments and common areas. The work includes floor care, garbage transport, documentation, and resident-focused practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean assigned areas using approved sanitation methods
- Clean apartments, common areas, fixtures, walls, ceilings, and windows
- Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment
- Strip, scrub, spray, and buff floor surfaces
- Transport garbage to designated areas
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet physical job requirements
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
