Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The Housekeeping Aide cleans resident apartments and common areas using assigned schedules and appropriate sanitation methods. This work includes floor care, garbage removal, documentation, and respecting Resident Rights and Responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean resident apartments and common areas thoroughly
- Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment
- Strip, scrub, spray, and buff floor surfaces
- Transport garbage to designated areas
- Attend training and staff meetings as required
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet physical job requirements
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
