Heavy Duty Cleaner Second Shift

Perform detailed commercial cleaning as a full-time Heavy Duty Cleaner on the second shift with C&W Services. Use floor equipment and vacuums.

Working under a Custodial Manager or Supervisor, you will perform custodial duties according to C&W Services standards, instructions, and procedures. Responsibilities include floor care, bathroom cleaning, surface care, glass cleaning, trash collection, and snow removal as directed. The position requires no previous cleaning experience.

• Sweep, mop, wash, scrub, and polish interior floors
• Operate commercial buffers, shampoo machines, and attachments
• Vacuum, spot clean, and shampoo rugs as directed
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
• Collect trash and report facility defects to supervisors

• No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
• Ability to operate a backpack-style portable vacuum cleaner
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance
