Deliver detailed custodial service as a part-time second-shift Cleaner with C&W Services. Use commercial floor equipment and portable vacuums across assigned building areas.
Working under a Custodial Manager or Supervisor, the Cleaner performs varied duties according to C&W Services standards, instructions, and procedures. Responsibilities cover floors, rugs, furniture, glass, bathrooms, waste, entrances, and periodic cleaning. This position requires no previous experience for basic cleaning responsibilities. The successful candidate takes direction, works with minimal supervision, and functions cooperatively as part of a team. Attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance support excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Sweep, mop, wash, scrub, and polish building floors
- Operate commercial buffers, shampoo machines, and attachments
- Vacuum and spot clean rugs in assigned areas
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
- Collect trash, replace liners, and report possible defects
- No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Ability to use a backpack-style portable vacuum cleaner
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance
