Lead facilities operations at Medcan’s 150 York Street clinic using maintenance expertise, vendor coordination, and visible operational leadership.
Medcan seeks a hands-on Manager, Facilities to oversee safe, reliable, high-quality clinic operations. The work includes maintenance, inspections, workplace readiness, access control, space support, and service delivery. You will also support satellite clinics, vendors, projects, and operational resilience across the network.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations at 150 York Street
- Prioritize work orders and verify completed facilities requests
- Coordinate landlords, vendors, repairs, deliveries, and building services
- Support inspections, preventive maintenance, access control, and emergency response
- Coach Facilities, Maintenance, and Valet team members
- Five years of progressive facilities or building operations experience
- People leadership experience in complex, high-touch environments
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, work orders, and projects
- Knowledge of safety, security, accessibility, and building operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance systems
