  • Work with external contractors and service providers as required, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with property standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service requests, inspections, and completed repairs.
  • Support building operations and participate in the property's rotating on-call schedule, responding to after-hours maintenance emergencies when required.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable health and safety requirements, building standards, and established operating procedures.
  • Provide a high level of customer service while interacting with residents, visitors, contractors, and other members of the property team

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and resident-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative property management team.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing maintenance requests.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership over the quality of work performed.
  • Flexibility to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, approximately one week per month.
  • Clean criminal record is required

Compensation:

The successful candidate will receive an annual base salary between $50,000-$70,000 dependent on experience + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits package starting day 1 + overtime and on-call compensation eligibility.
