Building Maintenance Technician

Maintain building systems and resident satisfaction as a Maintenance Technician with Quad Real Property Group. Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance across assigned properties.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Community Manager, this technician supports mechanical systems, environmental initiatives, and health and safety. Responsibilities include inspections, suite preparation, cleaning, documentation, supply inventories, and coordinating trades. The position represents Quad Real’s mission, vision, and values with residents, coworkers, vendors, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance
Inspect sites and vacant suites; document all findings
Complete suite make ready and property cleaning activities
Maintain records, logs, safety checks, and inventories
Coordinate trades work and manage building access
Requirements:
Two years of general related experience preferred
High school diploma with post-secondary courses or certification
Familiarity with building mechanical and life safety systems
Availability for emergency response and on-call duty
Ability to lift at least 25 kilograms
Bring building maintenance, safety awareness, and service skills to support Quad Real residents, properties, and operating standards.
