Support clean, sanitary resident spaces as a Housekeeping Aide at Age Care in Toronto, Ontario, working regular full time.
This Housekeeping Aide maintains Age Care’s long term care residence for residents, visitors, and staff. The work includes cleaning resident and shared areas, operating floor machines, disinfecting fixtures, and arranging furniture. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, while public school education is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and offices
- Mop, wax, polish, and buff floors using floor machines
- Dust furniture and equipment throughout the residence
- Arrange furniture in an orderly fashion
- Disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Minimum public school education required
- Ability to maintain safe, clean, sanitary areas
- Ability to clean resident and shared spaces
