Commercial Property Maintenance Cleaner

Maintain Medallion’s commercial properties through detailed cleaning, waste handling, and maintenance issue reporting across assigned locations. A valid G driver’s license is required.

As a Commercial Property Maintenance Cleaner, you will help keep tenant units and exterior areas clean, safe, and well-kept. Your work includes cleaning and clearing units, sweeping curbs, collecting litter, and managing garbage disposal. You will also identify repair needs, communicate concerns to the General Manager, and follow health and safety standards.

• Clean tenant units and remove contents as directed
• Sweep exterior property curbs regularly
• Collect exterior trash and litter
• Empty bins and dispose of garbage properly
• Report building maintenance issues to the General Manager

• Valid G driver’s license
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices
• Proper use of cleaning products and equipment
• Attention to detail when identifying maintenance issues
• Ability to perform sweeping, bending, and waste handling
