As a Senior Project Manager, you will coach and play a leading role managing projects across smaller Midstream/pipeline sites for a global oil and gas client. You will own and manage select projects, leading a growing team of Project Managers and overseeing assigned projects. Typical projects include ground‑up construction, roof projects, MEP projects and other facilities upgrade projects.

This position is part of the Project Management function, responsible for projects from initiation through completion.

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real‑estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, such as scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from pre‑qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations and recommend resources to clients.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. Track project progress and report status and variances.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruitment and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross‑train staff, set and track staff and department deadlines, and mentor and coach as needed.
• Oversee all phases of project management, including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking and execution.
• Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring and control, staffing and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with T&T’s culture and values, influencing others to adopt different points of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5‑8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
• LEED AP, PMP and CCM designations preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance measurement and retention.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, or difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own and multiple job disciplines.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with Procore project management software tool preferred but not required.
• Extensive organizational skills and a highly inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills (e.g., calculating percentages, fractions and other financial‑related calculations).

The base salary range for this full‑time role is $95,000 – $145,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, not the total compensation package.
