The Vice‑President, Finance, Strategic Planning and Performance Management, TD Securities (TDS) reports to Executive Vice‑President, Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer, TD Securities. The role is instrumental in driving the TD Securities strategy function that is responsible for leading the strategic planning process, including shaping the short‑ and medium‑term ambition and priorities for the wholesale bank.

Vice Presidents (VP) at TD Bank Financial Group are strategic, responsible, and accountable members of the Bank’s executive leadership team. The Vice‑President, Finance, Strategic Planning and Performance Management oversees a team that provides strategic guidance to the TDS business segment, supporting short‑, medium‑ and long‑term growth objectives for the dealer. This role manages the strategic planning process and performance to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and risk parameters.

The general accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive the strategic planning process for our global franchise and act as an advisor regarding the growth and transformation of the TD Securities business. The role will help shape the strategy and strategic initiatives with a focus on strategic development and long‑term business growth.
• Work closely with the CEO and CFO of TD Securities on a range of strategy initiatives which includes aspirations as it relates to the growth of the Global TD Securities business, the role will oversee strategic planning and leading strategic initiatives for medium term growth plan and key strategic initiatives laid out at Investor day for the TDS segment.
