Acquisition Manager - Property and Development

An opening exists for a Manager who is focused on land acquisitions, and managing the property portfolio, both potential and existing. If you are an adept development/financial analyst or existing Development or Asset Manager and have experience of new and ongoing developments within residential and mixed use along with a keen ability to manage an existing portfolio of commercial projects we want you to apply

The Acquisition Manager will review and manage new property acquisition assessments including development potential, municipal restrictions and financial projections, locate and research potential acquisitions and work directly with senior management to draft and execute agreement documentation which will include JV’s, land and construction financing.

The Manager will also be involved in managing the companies existing assets with competent contract negotiations and monitoring of contracts, preparation of new leases, full asset management including capital budgeting/ planning.
If you have direct or related work experience in residential and mixed use developments along with a post-secondary education in development, finance or business administration and can demonstrate entrepreneurialism and behave like an “owner” in carrying out daily tasks and responsibilities we want to hear from you.
