Our Toronto office is expanding, and we are looking for a Business Manager to drive growth in a rapidly developing market. In this role, you will develop and manage your own client portfolio, build and lead your team, and take full ownership of your unit’s growth, and profitability.

What will your mission be?

You will expand your network, develop business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants.

Your role covers three key pillars

Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, manage your portfolio, develop relationships with key clients, and lead the full sales cycle for your business unit.

Recruitment and Team Management: Recruit top talents with our recruitment specialists, mentor and manage your team of consultants. As a leader, ensure strong project delivery, identify, and support your team's development.

Profit Center Management: Own revenue and profitability targets while ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable growth.

WHO ARE YOU?

Who are you?

You hold a graduate degree (Master’s) in engineering or business/management.

You have at least four years of experience in business development or technical management.

You have a strong interest in industry trends and technological challenges, ideally with project management exposure.

You are fluent in French and English, spoken and written.

Your demonstrate strong business acumen, rigor, and ability to engage multidisciplinary teams.

You excel at building and maintaining trusted business relationships.
