Our team is seeking a Claims Supervisor to join our leadership team at Gallagher Bassett!

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about going above and beyond for clients, while leading a team to success. In the Claims Supervisor role, you will lead a team of adjusters and administrative and technical support staff.

• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional and proactive manner
• Effectively lead multiple priorities, recognize coaching opportunities, and position team members for success

Required:

High school diploma and 7 years related claim experience required.

CIP or partial completion.

Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all provinces in which claims are being handled or able to obtain the licenses/certification per local requirements.

Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Behaviors:
Requires exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Ensures flawless and consistent execution of client service instructions and performance guarantees.

Ability to actively review work of others via file reviews; identify coaching opportunities, act on needed coaching opportunities and position subordinates for successful development leading to advancement within the organization.
