We are proud to partner with an established highly recognized Toronto-based General Contractor in the search for a Senior Superintendent to lead landmark ICI projects.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Command the field operations of complex, multi-million-dollar ICI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standardsLead and inspire diverse site teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across trades and stakeholdersChampion safety, quality, and sustainability, aligning with global best practices in construction deliveryBring your proven track record in major healthcare or institutional builds to projects that demand precision, foresight, and resilienceRepresent the contractor with confidence and professionalism, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partnersAbout You
The successful candidate will have the following:
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on large-scale ICI projects ($100 million+)A passion for driving construction and owning the processDirect experience managing hospital or long-term care builds is strongly preferredExceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholdersA commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementAbility to train and support new staff as necessaryAbout the Job
