The Senior Manager, Project Management Office - Wealth Transformation is a pivotal leadership role driving large‑scale transformation and growth across Global Wealth Management (GWM). You will partner with senior business leaders to deliver high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen regulatory excellence, and accelerate strategic growth. As a trusted advisor and execution leader, you will shape and manage end‑to‑end programs that advance GWM's priorities, building strong governance frameworks and operational discipline.

This role demands a strategic thinker and hands‑on project leader who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments and is passionate about turning strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead program/project teams on complex and time‑sensitive initiatives spanning business, strategy, operations, and regulatory, including engagement from multiple senior stakeholders across the Bank.
  • Be accountable for the planning, execution, and timely delivery of programs/projects (with $1M plus budgets) & maintain alignment to business goals and strategies, applying a strategic‑to‑tactical approach.
  • Plan and direct all aspects of the program/project including planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, issue management and decision management.
  • Provide creative and integrated solutions to complex problems that balance scope, time, and quality.
  • Work closely with Program/Project teams, business teams and other stakeholders globally to ensure momentum on deliverables & milestones.
  • Effectively manage a wide variety of stakeholders and key players including business & technical teams, third‑party vendors and consultants.
  • Create, deliver, and present project artifacts to senior executives on program/project priorities and key implementation updates, including leading steering committee meetings, operating committee meetings, inclusion of Wealth content in bank or divisional communications, and tracking of expenditures against budget.
  • Effectively and proactively manage financials, prepare funding requests & business cases in line with Finance and ePMO guidelines.
  • Design program management framework, governance, and tools to ensure execution success while ensuring best usage of time.
  • Champion continuous delivery improvement, such as using feedback forms, relationship building.
  • Standardize and continuously modernize presentation templates & executive summary dashboards.
Qualifications
  • A post‑secondary degree with 7+ years’ related experience including program/project management and productivity improvement.
  • PMP certified or in the process of obtaining certification.
  • Consulting experience is considered an asset.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Wealth Management businesses, operational processes, client journeys and regulatory environment is an asset.
  • Expertise in portfolio/program/project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and critical thinking.
  • The ability to manage multiple concurrent, high‑priority initiatives with senior audiences.
  • A focus on results with strong interpersonal, problem‑solving & stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills to engage and influence stakeholders collaboratively at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities.
  • Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset.
