** The Salvation Army is seeking a visionary and strategic Business Analysis Practice Lead to champion the development and excellence of its Business Analysis (BA) Practice. This role is responsible for building a community of skilled practitioners, standardizing methodologies, and ensuring high-quality delivery of business analysis across the organization. * ** Strategic Leadership:
** Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Business Analysis Practice aligned with organizational goals.
* ** Methodology Development:
** Define, implement, and maintain standardized BA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* ** Team Mentorship:
** Lead, coach, and grow a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
* ** Quality Assurance:
** Ensure consistency and accuracy in BA deliverables through rigorous quality standards.
* ** Practice

Innovation:
** Act as a change agent, continuously evolving the BA practice to meet emerging business needs.
* ** Stakeholder Engagement:
** Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective BA outcomes.
* ** Talent Management:
** Oversee hiring, resource planning, and succession strategies for the BA team.
* ** Process Improvement**:
Lead initiatives to evaluate and enhance business processes across the organization.
* ** Knowledge Sharing:
** Promote a community of practice and center of excellence for business analysis.
* ** Governance & Compliance:
** Ensure all BA activities align with The Salvation Army’s mission, values, and policies.

Skills and Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; CBAP or equivalent certification.
* 10+ years in business analysis with proven leadership in managing BA teams.
* Ability to align BA strategies with organizational objectives.
* Deep knowledge of BA tools, techniques, and SDLC/agile methodologies. Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management capabilities.
* Skilled in understanding and addressing stakeholder needs.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in evaluating and enhancing business processes.
* Proven ability to unite diverse teams toward common goals.
