Job Title:
Project Coordinator

Location:
Toronto, Canada
- 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator position or related role (e.g. project assistant, coordinator or administrator)
- Proven track record of successfully supporting project teams in achieving project goals and objectives
- Experience with project management tools and techniques, including Budgeting and cost tracking, Project scheduling and timeline management, Resource allocation and team coordination, Risk management and issue resolution, Status reporting and progress monitoring
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to:
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders,
manage competing priorities and deadlines. - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including project managers, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Trello, Team Work, MS Project, Proj Ex is a plus.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing projects
- Prepare project schedules, timelines and resources allocation plans
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate tasks, assignments and deadlines for project team members
- Ensure timely and accurate project status reporting
- Manage project documentation, records, and archives
- Maintain project budgets track expenses and perform cost analysis
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving project risks, and issues
- Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize project risks
- Assist in developing and implanting project quality plans and standards
- Conduct quality assurance activates, such as monitoring and reporting
- Provide support and guidance to project team members as needed
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote teamwork
