The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, safety, and optimal working conditions of all facilities at an Eataly location. Reporting to the Director of Store Operations, this role oversees the Facilities and Support team members.

• Manage team members: hiring, scheduling, training, motivating, payroll, and discipline
• Ensure operational efficiency and good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities, including walk-ins, refrigerators, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning services, and off-site storage
• Maintain accurate records of facility conditions and schedule regular housekeeping and sanitation
• Guarantee cleanliness and sanitary standards in compliance with regulations
• Assess and address the condition of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other essential systems
• Ensure building safety from hazards such as fire and floods
• Oversee inventory and vendor relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in Housekeeping, Facilities, or Custodial services
• Proven ability to manage large teams
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Availability to work onsite with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Mobility for 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
• Ability to withstand extreme temperatures
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Certification
