Organizational Change Manager
Reporting to an AVP, the Program Change Management Lead is responsible for leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) across complex, high-risk programs comprising multiple sub-programs and projects. This role applies OCM methodology end-to-end to ensure change is successfully adopted, sustained, and delivers measurable business value. Success is defined by stakeholder satisfaction, quality outcomes, and realized benefits. As a trusted leader, the role partners closely with Program Directors, Project Managers, and Business Sponsors to guide the organization through transformation.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrate change management activities across program and project plans
Lead change initiatives related to business process and technology transformation
Develop and execute OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, readiness, training, and capability transfer
Proactively identify and mitigate change risks and resistance to ensure adoption and sustainability
Facilitate executive and senior-leader discussions to drive alignment and change adoption
Continuously elevate change management practices through industry and market insights
15+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex change programs
Deep expertise in organizational change management and project lifecycle methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
Proven ability to influence executive leaders and collaborate across matrixed organizations
Recognized change leader with high integrity, low ego, and the ability to drive alignment and results
Advanced communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
