Head Of Retail Education - Fragrance & Beauty

Summary

Lead the retail education function for fragrance and beauty, managing a team of four to train and coach retail staff and partners. Design and deliver programs across brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, client development, and leadership capabilities. Act as the key link between field and corporate teams, evaluate and enhance education initiatives, and support adoption of digital learning. This is a full-time contract role through February 2028 (maternity leave cover) with regular travel across Canada.

• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate a team of Retail Education professionals.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs on product, selling ceremony, client development, and leadership.
• Build and manage the annual education calendar in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Act as liaison between field and corporate teams to ensure clear, timely, and actionable communication.
• Assess field learning needs and provide tailored follow-up coaching and recommendations.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously enhance education initiatives.
• Partner with field leadership to review productivity reporting, KPIs, and establish objectives.
• Support virtual and digital learning tools to deliver scalable education experiences.

• Proven experience leading and developing retail education or training teams, preferably in fragrance and beauty or luxury retail.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience designing training programs and using digital learning tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into field actions.
• Willingness and ability to travel regular across Canada.
