As a Facility Manager with BGIS, your leadership will be pivotal in overseeing operations across facilities up to one million square feet. You'll establish a culture of safety, manage a diverse team, and foster strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day operational oversight of facility services
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
• Manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery
• Prioritize work orders based on urgency
• Enhance occupant experience through proactive communication
Requirements:
• 5-10 years' experience in facility/property management
• Licenses in Facility/Property Management (IFMA, BOMI)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills
• Proven track record in team leadership
• Excellent communication and customer focus
