Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic oversight of Partner Experience and Venue Management

• Negotiate and manage high-level contracts with venues

• Oversee vendor programs execution, including Artist Alley

• Develop strategies to elevate partner communication and value

• Support and mentor Department Manager(s) within Strategic Partners

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in partner/vendor management

• Proven capabilities in contract negotiations

• Strong strategic planning background

• Experience leading teams in external relations

• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
