As Manager, you will guide Investigators and Senior Investigators, ensuring that all complaints are handled efficiently and equitably. Your contributions will include establishing effective training programs, fostering team development, and collaborating with the Deputy Ombudsman to uphold OBSI’s standards. You will ensure all members are engaged and empowered to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee investigations for adherence to quality standards
• Develop and maintain training materials and methodologies
• Encourage peer-supported reviews for consistent outcomes
• Foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement
• Collaborate on key organizational objectives with management
Requirements:
• Expertise in the banking and investment sectors
• Strong background in dispute resolution and negotiation
• Leadership experience with investigative teams
• Excellent communication skills and judgment
• Advanced proficiency in analytical skills
