Key Responsibilities:

• Manage audits for private equity-backed portfolio companies

• Lead and review complex year-end audits

• Oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance

• Provide technical direction on IFRS and U.S. GAAP

• Develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Requires a CPA designation

• 8+ years of progressive audit experience

• Experience with multi-entity and consolidation reporting

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP

• Proven capability to lead and mentor teams
