Become a key player at Swiss Re leading the Life & Health Contracts function for North America. This senior leadership role focuses on the governance of reinsurance contracts in a robust industry setting.
As the L&H Contracts Team Lead, you'll manage contract responsibilities, including drafting, analysis, and implementation of governance standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure contracts reflect the intended underwriting risk
• Guide team performance and professional growth
• Manage deviation governance and track compliance
• Lead digital transformation with advanced workflow tools
• Foster partnerships across underwriting, pricing, and legal teams
Requirements:
• 12-15+ years’ experience in Life & Health reinsurance
• Law degree and robust legal drafting experience
• Proven ability in contract negotiation and commercial judgment
• Experience managing multi-location teams
• Strong focus on workflow modernization with technology
Excel in contract governance, team development, and modern operational strategies with Swiss Re in North America.
