Transamerica is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance branch operations in accordance with regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting reviews, facilitating training for Approved Persons, and ensuring compliance in all transactions. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of professionalism and effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct reviews and provide timely reports

• Facilitate training and development for APs

• Supervise sales transactions in a compliance capacity

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for team interactions

• Support special projects and departmental initiatives

Requirements:

• Five years minimum in financial services

• Two years in compliance or supervisory roles

• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations

• Must be willing to travel frequently

• Excellent relationship management capabilities
