As the Country Head, you will lead DKSH's Performance Materials strategy across Canada, ensuring alignment with global and North American objectives. Your focus will be on revenue growth, market share, and developing strong supplier partnerships. You will also mentor your team and ensure operational excellence in financial management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement market strategies for growth
• Lead business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strengthen customer relationships and industry representation
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
• Implement effective pricing and margin management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Chemistry, Business, or related
• Over 10 years of leadership in relevant industries
• Strong experience in P&L management
• Knowledge of chemical distribution and B2B sales
• Excellent influencing and communication abilities
