- Interim Capacity with proven experience supporting large scale airport or equivalent major infrastructure programs.

The Senior Project Manager
- Interim Capacity will support a transformative airport infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of Toronto.

• Provides specialist project management expertise.
• Works collaboratively alongside other Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to support the Program Lead.
• Works with the Program Lead to manage contractor performance and accelerate necessary decisions.
• Interfaces with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align required consultations and approvals.
• Works with the contractor to coordinate required permits, approvals, consents, and site logistics.
• Oversees the delivery of works in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements.
• Coordinates the effective application of change control procedures and escalates decisions as required.
• Works collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals, including design, health and safety, quality, environmental, and security requirements.
• Works collaboratively with the wider team to coordinate procurement activities and contract management activities.
• Coaches, mentors, and supports the career development of staff.

• Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field (Architectural or Civil Engineering) is considered an asset.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project/program management.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs involving renovation of terminals or similar facilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision-making.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and/or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects.
• Strong technical capability across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably on large programs/projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with groups of stakeholders.
