Shape strategic communications as the Executive Manager in Manuvie’s Office of the CEO. Collaborate with top senior leadership to support essential enterprise goals in a hybrid setup.
In this key managerial role, you will directly support the CEO's agenda and enterprise priorities. Your main focus will be on coordinating executive communications and managing stakeholder relationships. Working hand-in-hand with the Chief of Staff, your efforts will ensure the smooth execution of vital projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise the Chief of Staff on executive agendas
• Prepare briefings and communications for the CEO
• Lead execution of strategic leadership interactions
• Manage scheduling with Executive Assistants and stakeholders
• Track initiative progress and address emerging challenges
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in corporate strategy or related role
• Bachelor’s in business or similar field; MBA preferred
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills
• Strong relationships across functions and teams
• Experienced in handling confidential, sensitive matters
