Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing Indirect Tax Services practice. As a trusted advisor to clients across a variety of industries, you will work closely with partners, colleagues, and tax authorities on complex indirect tax matters, helping organizations manage risk, maximize opportunities, and navigate an evolving legislative landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced indirect tax professional looking to take on a leadership role within a collaborative and entrepreneurial practice. This is for an existing vacancy where the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

Advise clients on a broad range of indirect tax matters, including GST/HST, QST, PST, Carbon Taxes, Luxury Tax, and other indirect taxes across Canadian jurisdictions

Lead the research, analysis, and development of technical positions and practical solutions for complex indirect tax issues

Prepare and review client correspondence, technical memoranda, presentations, ruling requests, and other tax advisory deliverables

Manage indirect tax compliance and recovery engagements while identifying planning opportunities that create value for clients

Represent clients and lead interactions with tax authorities in connection with audits, examinations, objections, appeals, voluntary disclosures, and interpretive matters

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings

Collaborate with colleagues across Tax, Advisory, and Assurance practices to deliver integrated client solutions

Coach, mentor, and develop team members while reviewing work for technical accuracy, completeness, and quality

Support practice growth through business development initiatives, networking activities, proposal development, and thought leadership

Monitor legislative and administrative developments affecting indirect taxes and communicate emerging implications to clients and internal teams
