R&D Senior Manager for Innovation

In this key leadership role, you are responsible for technical guidance and innovation within the Private Label and Emerging Brands segments. You will spearhead new product development initiatives and ensure adherence to Riverside's sustainability and quality standards. Your collaboration across departments will enhance productivity and lead to commercially viable, innovative food solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the complete NPD lifecycle from conception to launch
• Align innovation strategies with marketing and business goals
• Ensure product compliance with food safety and sustainability
• Cultivate a high-performing, innovative team through leadership
• Establish robust partnerships for co-manufacturing and ingredient sourcing
Requirements:
• 10-15 years in CPG Research & Development
• Relevant degree in food-related fields
• Demonstratable experience in product development
• Strong leadership skills in fast-paced environments
• Ability to travel to support manufacturing processes
