Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be able to ensure the financial success of our projects by managing project scope, schedule, and budgets here ponsibilities include:

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including close-out. Identify, document, and communicate client requirements while effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proactively resolves performance, scope, cost, and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
• Ensure projects are managed in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
• Clearly define project scope and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage change and project interfaces while monitoring performance to identify and mitigate issues early.
• Oversee all project scope elements, manage design, support procurement, and construction activities to align with the project schedule.
• Support proposals and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the Project Services Team to establish cost reports, forecasting, approvals, trend identification, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Define project quality requirements.
• Support develop a project schedule that allows work to be executed efficiently while ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Provide clear and focused leadership to the project team, creating a vision for success and a strategy to achieve key milestones and objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely progress reporting to both the client and internal teams. Continuously monitor communication channels between project staff, the client, and third parties, implementing improvements as needed.
