As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will implement key facilities management frameworks and standards.
Your role involves collaborating with Regional Heads of School and campus teams to enhance asset performance and improve service delivery. You will ensure that all facilities comply with safety and operational standards while promoting efficient facilities operations across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facilities management operations across multiple campuses
• Implement preventative and reactive maintenance programs
• Lead emergency and reactive response for facilities
• Monitor contractor effectiveness and service delivery outcomes
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Facilities Management or similar
• Extensive experience in facilities management and property operations
• Proven track record in maintenance budgeting and asset management
• Strong skills in contractor management and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
