Housing Manager for International Students

Lead a thriving accommodation experience as the Housing Manager rsee student placements, teams, and host families to create a supportive environment for international students.

In this full-time on-site role, you will report to the Director of Student Services, managing a dedicated team while enhancing student housing quality. You’ll engage with host families and residence partners ensuring top-tier support throughout the student journey. This role is perfect for those with leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation, or student-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Housing Coordinators

• Manage relationships with host families and accommodation partners

• Oversee the entire student accommodation experience

• Resolve housing conflicts and sensitive issues with professionalism

• Drive housing administration and optimize occupancy levels

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in student life or hospitality

• Team management and coaching experience required

• Strong organizational and operational skills needed
