Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development operations and oversee the fundraising team
• Manage systems for prospect strategies and gift administration
• Collaborate on campaign operations and board reporting
• Utilize advanced skills in Tessitura and fundraising analytics
• Ensure compliance with CRA, privacy, and anti-spam laws
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in development operations or related fields
• Proven experience in managing teams and campaign operations
• Strong knowledge of enterprise fundraising CRMs
• Familiarity with Canadian charitable regulations
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
