We’re looking for a skilled Manager for Grounds, Building Operations, and Client Experience at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure upkeep of 225 acres of landscaped areas

• Supervise snow removal and safety inspections

• Lead daily operations and maintenance staff

• Prepare project scope and maintenance service estimates

• Oversee contractors to ensure quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in property or facilities management

• At least seven years of related experience

• Demonstrated client service orientation

• Proven track record in budget management

• Strong communication and analytical skills
