Regional Field Operations Manager

Lead regional inspection operations from the Toronto area using data, coaching, and disciplined field execution across multiple markets.
OPENLANE seeks a Regional Field Inspection Manager to oversee inspection quality, productivity, capacity, and service reliability. You will manage inspectors, partner with Inspector Regional Leads, and guide consistent execution across assigned markets. The work includes collaboration with Operations, Sales, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, and Arbitration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead inspection operations across an assigned region
Manage, coach, review, and develop inspectors
Use scorecards, observations, and data to guide performance
Plan hiring, onboarding, training, coverage, and scheduling capacity
Standardize practices and report operational risks
Requirements:
Three or more years of operations or field leadership
Experience managing employees across multiple markets
Strong coaching, accountability, and communication skills
Automotive inspections or related operations experience
Valid driver’s license and regular travel availability
