Lead integrated fundraising and alumni engagement at Victoria University in Toronto, with strategic direction and in-person attendance at least four days weekly.
The Executive Director, Alumni Affairs & Advancement reports to the President and is appointed by the Board of Regents. This senior administrator designs and executes advancement strategy, contributes to communications and marketing, and supports university priorities. The role mentors eight professionals and works collaboratively with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute an integrated advancement strategy
- Provide strategic direction across fundraising and alumni engagement
- Contribute significantly to advancement communications and marketing
- Empower and mentor a dedicated team of eight professionals
- Collaborate with university leadership on initiatives and priorities
- Strategic direction experience across fundraising and alumni engagement
- Ability to contribute to advancement communications and marketing
- Capacity to mentor and empower professional staff
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior university leadership
- Availability to attend 73 Queens Park Crescent in person
