Director Client Support Services

Lead client support services at Bellwoods Centres for Community Living Inc., applying strategic leadership and quality improvement across integrated operations. Toronto-based services support independent living.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this senior leader oversees client-facing service delivery, workforce planning, transitions programming, and community partnerships. The Director translates organizational priorities into measurable objectives while advancing responsive, sustainable services for people with physical disabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership across Bellwoods client service operations
Monitor performance, client outcomes, risks, and improvement opportunities
Oversee workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and system optimization
Strengthen transitions programming and community service partnerships
Coach leaders and foster accountability, collaboration, and learning
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in a relevant health or management field
Minimum five years progressive leadership experience in a related sector
Experience leading complex client-facing operations and developing teams
Expertise in service delivery, program evaluation, accreditation, and quality improvement
Knowledge of funding, risk, change management, and legislative requirements
