As Manager, Analytics and Insights, you will explore data and processes within your pillar under a Senior Manager’s supervision. You will lead actuarial and data analysts, manage strategic initiatives, and develop innovative analytical solutions. The role spans end-to-end analyses, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration across TD.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop actuarial and data analysts
Manage pillar initiatives, workloads, and analytical solutions
Deliver monitoring and ad hoc analyses
Oversee analyses from demand through presentation
Build relationships with partners and executives
Requirements:
Minimum eight years of relevant work experience
Strong SQL, Python, and R programming skills
Highly developed problem-solving and analysis skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
Experience in General Insurance
