The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its next phase of growth. The role demands the development and execution of a clear growth plan, setting and monitoring key performance indicators, and leading the senior team to ensure alignment and accountability. The ideal CEO will have a background in digital marketing, with a proven track record in growing revenue through digital channels, and experience in SaaS, technology, or tech-enabled services.
Applicants for the CEO position at the company should possess a strong digital marketing background, with direct experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Experience in a high-churn, B2C, SMB, or subscription-based environment is highly valued, as is a background in real estate technology or proptech. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the CEO expected to be involved in all aspects of the business, from strategic leadership to detailed execution.
