Neo Financial is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead profitability and performance across up to six mall locations. You will directly manage and coach up to six Store Managers, driving sales, CAC optimization, and adherence to Neo’s standards.
The role requires frequent travel within the district and strong leadership, training, and analytical skills. You will recruit and onboard managers, lead large-scale training initiatives, and leverage data dashboards to guide decisions.
