Ontario Wine Industry President and CEO

Lead an established Ontario wine producer as President and Chief Executive Officer, combining commercial strategy with operational leadership on site.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this executive directs organizational strategy, commercial performance, financial results, and development. The mandate includes revenue growth, market development, brand positioning, and operational excellence. Deep Canadian wine industry expertise supports informed leadership across the beverage alcohol landscape.

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Board objectives
• Oversee business functions, profitability, budgets, and capital investments
• Drive revenue through market development, partnerships, and brand positioning
• Lead senior management and establish clear organizational accountabilities
• Advise the Board through transparent reporting and recommendations

• Significant senior executive experience in wine or beverage alcohol
• Deep knowledge of Canadian wine markets, channels, and regulations
• Accountability for P&L, budgets, strategy, and operations
• Experience leading multidisciplinary senior management teams
• Board, ownership group, or comparable governance experience
