Senior Regional Operations Manager

Lead regional operations in Wellington-Altus’s Toronto office using financial services administration, leadership, and operational expertise. Support efficient, compliant business administration.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Ontario, this senior manager oversees administrative employees and office operations. The work includes budgets, policies, procedures, customer service, and regional planning. You will coordinate corporate and regional communication while supporting growth requirements.

• Supervise regional administrative employees and resolve escalated customer issues
• Manage inventories and office equipment maintenance across locations
• Coordinate events, meetings, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
• Manage budgets and allocate resources according to financial plans
• Improve administrative systems, policies, procedures, and workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Three-plus years in financial industry operations or administration
• Budget planning, human resources, and customer service familiarity
• Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
