Vice-President Pricing and Promotions

Lead CTC’s pricing and promotional strategy while applying customer insights and financial judgment across its retail businesses. This collaborative leadership role connects commercial decisions with customer value.

As Vice-President, Pricing and Promotions, you will guide pricing strategy, promotional programs, and the True North Price/Value program. You will coordinate price-value transformation, enterprise print, distribution, and gift cards. Success requires balancing sales, margins, inventory, supplier funding, operating costs, and long-term customer trust.

• Set pricing and promotions strategy across CTC’s retail businesses
• Lead the True North Price/Value program roadmap
• Coordinate pricing, promotions, print, distribution, and gift cards
• Use customer, competitor, category, and financial insights
• Build teams and lead enterprise capability changes

• Senior leadership experience in pricing, promotions, or commercial strategy
• Experience delivering measurable pricing or promotional results at scale
• Strong judgment balancing value, sales, margin, competition, and cost
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategy, process, data, and technology change
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex matrixed organizations
