Lead North American technical consulting with identity, provisioning, and API expertise at Staffbase, supporting hybrid work and customer onboarding.
As Manager, Technical Consulting, you will lead and develop a customer-facing B2B SaaS team. Your work spans hiring, coaching, capacity planning, delivery quality, and complex escalations. You will guide solutions involving SAML, OIDC, SCIM, REST APIs, email authentication, and domain configuration. The role combines people leadership with approximately 20% hands-on technical work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, hire, and develop North American Technical Consultants
- Own capacity planning, operating rhythm, coverage, and delivery quality
- Guide complex identity, provisioning, email, and API escalations
- Standardize technical playbooks, templates, and repeatable workflows
- Partner across teams to improve services and customer handoffs
- Five-plus years in customer-facing technical consulting or similar roles
- Two-plus years managing technical people, including hiring and promotions
- Hands-on SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and major identity provider experience
- Strong SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, REST API, and webhook fundamentals
- Clear communication, leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
